Job Summary:

  • Oracle Forms and Reports Administrator to deliver new Oracle Application servers for the development team and provide support for OAS 10g, 11g and 12c.
  • Strong knowledge of the installation and configuration of Oracle Forms and Reports on WebLogic with Oracle databases is required, Troubleshoot application server issues and applying fixes/ patches.


  • Installing & configuration of forms and reports 11g& 12c
  • Migrating forms and reports from 11g to 12c
  • Must have skill set on OPatch, bsu.
  • Good debugging and performance tuning skills
  • Proficiency in webutil, various language settings
  • Support of development teams in software deployments to pre-production and production environments consisting of the building of new VMWare instances
  • Installation and configuration of new Oracle Forms and Reports servers and deployments of Oracle Forms and Reports solutions.
  • Deploy and implement enhancements that will improve the reliability, maintainability, and performance of the system and its infrastructure.
  • Administer the Oracle Identity Management Suite.
  • Ensure optimum performance, high availability and stability of solutions.
  • Evaluate, install and deploy changes including new applications, security patches and other changes through lower environments to minimize the likelihood of negatively impacting production availability-
  • Team with government supervisors and developers from other companies to establish new environments, migrate applications and deploy new applications
  • Troubleshoot server configuration issues on Forms and Reports
    Monitor production application stability and make recommendations to promptly address any trends which could impact availability of the systems for end users


  • Bachelors degree required
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field-
  • One to Five years of experience as the primary systems
    Administrator of an Oracle Application solution supporting over 50 users.
  • 2+ Years dedicated to managing Oracle Applications solutions (Oracle Forms and Reports, WebLogic or other) as a primary responsibility (more than 50%)
  • General experience and knowledge of common issues associated with Java Web Applications and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with developers users to help resolve application configuration issues- Experience working with developers to migrate and upgrade oracle applications (10g, 11g, 12c)
  • Oracle application administration in Windows, Linux and Solaris.
  • Team oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work on site and interface directly with government supervisors and Companies.
  • Experience following configuration management best practices to ensure changes are thoroughly tested and work in lower environments before being migrated to production.
