Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Deliver client results through project participation and leadership
    Manage and fulfill service requests and respond to support incidents.
  • Provide analysis of system defects as and when required.
  • Undertake root cause analysis and problem investigation.
  • Promote and foster good working relationships with clients and other CGI teams.
  • Understand and adhere to quality/security standards and processes applicable to the role.
  • Acquire and enhance technical knowledge of supported applications and systems.
  • Analyze, design, build, test and implement enhancements to existing systems and/or new applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, and contribute to project deliverable where applicable.
  • Provide estimating services to clients and other CGI teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Experience working in an application support and development environment
  • Experience delivering expertise in a team project delivery role
  • Understanding of support processes and experience of their implementation and usage in an application support scenario (ITIL experience desired but not mandatory)
  • Effective customer relationship, confident client facing and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated / Determined / Pro-active

Technical Skills

  • Installation and deployment on-premises
  • Configuration/customization of entities, forms, workflows, and security
  • Development of plug-ins, custom workflow activities using the Dynamics CRM SDK
  • Experience integrating MS Dynamics CRM 2011, or newer, with MS SharePoint Server 2010, or newer
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with .NET
  • Experience with JQuery, HTML 4.x and CSS3
  • Nice to Have Skills
  • Previous experience upgrading Dynamics CRM to newer versions
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016
  • Experience working with or implementing Adxstudio portals

Experience deploying and/or administering:

  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008, or newer
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008, or newer
  • Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, or newer
  • Experience with Microsoft Entity Framework
  • Experience with using ASP.NET Web API
  • Experience with HTML 5
  • Experience with Representational State Transfer (REST) web services, including design and development of XML and/or JSON based schemas for data exchange.
